Lynnwood was great to work with.He came into our initial meeting with a wealth of knowledge and recommendations. Lynnwood was able to stabilize our garage floor with helical anchors. In addition to that, he also replaced our windows, re-stucco the house and corrected some exterior drainage . His communication was excellent, always answering back in a timely manner. Rocky Peak Contracting is an outstanding company. They diagnosed and remediated the water intrusion I had into my garage for way too long.  They answered and/or responded to my phone calls; they kept me updated and most importantly of all the charge for the work was very reasonable and actually less that I expected. I have been using this company and its predecessor for over 15 years excellent work!!  Listens to my needs and comes with a quality solution! Appreciated the knowledge and experience they have in steel pier pilling construction work.   As we met and discussed what needed to be done they provided us with job references to check and even invited me over to a construction job site utilizing the steel pier pilling technique so I could see first hand how it worked and was done. After years of mountain weather, our 25 year old cabin was in need of the sort of repairs that go hand and hand with years of snow/ice and sun/rain.  We looked at companies that were experienced with the fou9ndation, roof, and structure maintenance.   We found Lynwood Lockwood, and he spent time with us discussing our needs and he was able to give us ideas and advice that addressed all of our issues.  Rain and snow had taken its toll and we had issues that needed professional repairs.

There had been some long term structural issues with the front porch and deck.  Lynwood suggested helical piers as a recommended solution.  After he explained the process we agreed that it would be the exact remedy for our repairs.

The project included foundation repairs as well as repairs and treatments to the cedar deck and stairs.  His entire crew were professional and experienced in all aspects of our repair.

The work was done in the time estimated for the job, and the q Lynwood kept us advised on the progress.

We were impressed with the care and quality of his work.  I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends in need of his services
